With over 37 years' of hands-on experience, in both retail and as a restaurateur Malcolm is well equipped to understand and solve the problems and frustrations encountered within the refrigeration industry.

The data compiled by the Kooltrak system in a simple and effective format increases awareness, putting the operator in full control which has the added advantage of keeping operational costs in check and making significant energy savings".
In 1978 following the successful completion of a 3 year Business Studies course at the Wulfrun College in Wolverhampton Malcolm set up his first business venture renovating and opening a retail mini market in Exeter and developed the business to include the wholesale market. After eight years of successful trading Malcolm purchased a derelict, water logged cellar located in the heart of the city. Designing, developing and launching a new medieval themed restaurant Malcolm quickly gained the knowledge, skills and experience required for the future business that was to become Celsius Systems UK Ltd, incorporated in 2006, to succeed in a specialised market.
As a local employer in the catering industry, Malcolm was invited by a leading hotel and catering training company in Exeter to give advice on the set up of the new NVQ's in the region. During this period Malcolm also acted as a consultant to the catering and licensed trade with commercial kitchen design included within this role |
